Medical University – Pleven representatives participated in the international EURIE Summit 2026 forum in Istanbul from April 7 to 9, as part of the Bulgarian pavilion
hashtagStudyinBulgaria. This large-scale Euro-Asian higher education forum attracted 185 universities from around the world.**

During the event, visitors had the opportunity to meet and speak with:

* Prof. Dr. Ivelina Yordanova, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Medicine
* Nadezhda Ivanova** from the Center for Foreign Students
Expanding Horizons
The international audience was introduced to the **innovative profile of MU-Pleven**, its available degree programs, and application requirements. Leading universities from across the globe expressed interest in forming partnerships in the fields of education and scientific research.
Strategic Agreements
Rector Prof. Dimitrov signed 5-year cooperation memoranda with:
* Istanbul Aydin University
* Daffodil International University
* Riphah International University
Future partnerships were also negotiated with leading universities in the USA, Italy, Brazil, and Turkey.
