Applications for Student Mobility for Traineeships

                                                   2025/2026

"Erasmus +" program:

                               Who can apply?

• Students who have completed the second course of their studies;
• Students must have an average grade of study until the application no less than Very good (4.50) and good command of the language of study at host institution.

                   What forms the applicants must provide?

• An official note from Students office certifying the average grade.
• Motivation letter;
• Application form /sample/

All documents must be scanned in pdf format and saved with the name of the document and the name of the applicant.

The Application form and the Motivation letter are filled out electronically!

Example: Application_MarinPetkov; Motivation_MarinPetkov; GPA_MarinPetkov;

TRAVEL SUPPORT

GREEN TRAVEL

Low-emission means of transport such as bus or train are used when traveling in both directions.

• Duration of the internship: minimum 2 months
• Location: EU, including North Macedonia, Turkey and Serbia

SELECTION

1) the candidates will be ranked by GPA

2) priority will be given to candidates who have never participated or have participated less times in mobility.

Within 5 working days after the deadline, candidates will receive an email from the Erasmus+ sector with information about the result.
